Shipping
General
We normally use UPS for shipping in the United States and various other carriers for other countries. You can use your own UPS, FedEx or DHL account if you wish; just provide the appropriate number in the comments box when you place your order. All orders received before noon ship the same day. Orders received after noon are shipped the following workday.

United States (continental)
Available shipping:
  • UPS Ground: takes 4 - 5 working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
  • UPS Third Day: takes three days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
  • UPS Second Day Air ( Blue): is guaranteed to be delivered in two days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
  • UPS Next Day Air (Red): is guaranteed be delivered the next day excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
UPS Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available (no UPS Ground). You can also use your own UPS, FedEx or DHL account if you wish. Just provide the appropriate number in the comments box when you place your order.

Mexico
Available shipping:
  • Global Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) to Mexico takes 4 - 6 days according to United States Postal Service. It can take longer depending on how long it takes to clear customs. The service is not reliable and there is no proof of delivery. We will not be responsible for lost Global Priority shipments.
  • UPS International we use UPS Expedited to Mexico, it is economical and can be tracked. Delivery time varies depending on where in Mexico the package is going to and how long it takes to clear customs.
You can also provide us with your FedEx or DHL shipper account number.

All packages go through customs. We declare value as per invoice excluding shipping and handling cost. It is your responsibility to pay all duties and taxes that apply.
Canada
Available shipping:
  • Global Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) to Canada takes 4 - 6 days according to United States Postal Service. It can take longer depending on how long it takes to clear customs. The service has no tracking or proof of delivery, and we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
  • UPS International we use UPS Standard to Canada, it is economical and can be tracked. Delivery time varies depending on where in Canada the package is going to and how long it takes to clear customs.
You can also provide us with your FedEx or DHL shipper account number.

All packages goes through customs. We declare value as per invoice excluding shipping and handling cost. It is your responsibility to pay all duties and taxes that apply.
All Other Countries
Available shipping:
  • Global Express Mail (EMS) United States Postal Service takes 3 - 6 days according to United States Postal Service. It can take longer depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Global Express Mail is economical and reliable and it has a tracking number.
  • UPS International we use UPS Expedited, it is economical and has a tracking number and proof of delivery. Delivery time varies depending on the country the package is going to and how long it takes to clear customs
You can also provide us with your FedEx or DHL shipper account number.

All packages goes through customs. We declare value as per invoice excluding shipping and handling cost. It is your responsibility to pay all duties and taxes that applies

  • Domestic excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
    Provide your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number in the comments box. Please specify which company you are using and how you want your order delivered (UPS Ground, Third Day, Second Day, Next Day. For FedEx and DHL Second Day or Next Day)
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
    Provide your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number in the comments box. Please specify which company you are using and how you want your order delivered. Only Second Day and Next Day Air are available for these destinations.
  • International
    Provide your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number in the comments box. We can't promise we can use it since UPS, FedEx and DHL have been known to refuse shipper accounts that are not based in USA. If that is the case we will contact you and let you know the shipping cost and methods available. Upon your approval we will ship your order adding the shipping cost to your invoice.
